
Team boxing has been developed to incorporate cross training techniques long used to hone lean, fit boxers and teaching punching technique and balance to improve boxing skill. Boxing is probably the best known combat sport in the world; it produces fit lean athletes and is a great method of self defence.
Through the 6 weeks you will learn the balance, co-ordination and punching combinations fundamental to boxing while burning body fat and increasing power and strength. Boxing builds self confidence and the training discipline and structure of the program will set you up to continue your progress well after the program finishes.
